 Project Management Updates

• Revamped Project Management Interface: We've given the project management screens a complete makeover! Expect a more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interface that enhances usability, allowing you to manage tasks and projects with greater ease.

• Task Drawer & Full-Screen Task View Overhaul: Both the task drawer and full-screen task views have been redesigned for better navigation. You’ll now enjoy a clearer, more streamlined view of tasks, helping you focus on what matters most.

• Inline Task Editing for Faster Updates: No more jumping between edit screens! With our new inline task editing feature, you can now update tasks directly from the view screen, reducing clicks and making task management faster than ever.

 Miscellaneous Updates

• Enhanced Employee Filters: Navigating through your teams is now easier with the new department and team filters on employee screens. Quickly find the team members you’re looking for without the guesswork.

• Real-Time Employee Search: Searching for specific employees? Our platform now features a real-time search function on employee screens, making it incredibly fast to find anyone, regardless of how large your team is.

• Employee IDs in Member Dropdowns: To make member selection clearer, we’ve added employee IDs to dropdown menus across the platform. This ensures you always pick the right team member, especially in larger teams.

• Smoother Checkout Process: We’ve revamped the payment screens following plan selection. The entire checkout process is now smoother, offering a seamless experience from start to finish.

• IndexDB Integration in Schedule Screen: To improve performance and offline accessibility, we’ve implemented IndexDB in the schedule screen. This means better data handling, faster access, and an overall more responsive scheduling experience

Sync Feature Enhancement

• User-Controlled Syncing: Users can now choose when to sync screens with updated data, giving them greater control over their workflow.

Employee Work Location Tracking:

• IP Settings: Introduced a setting to set the organization's work location and their IP address.
• Dashboard: Added IP-based location graph to display whether employees are working remotely or in the office.
• Employees Screen: Added location tracking for employees (remote or office) on the employee canrd in table, grid and graph view.
• Highlighted all created Jobsites on the map.

Employee Screen: 

• Changed the implementation of Not Logged-in, Logged-in, Working, and Not Working statuses in the employee card
• Added tool tips to all icons in the Member section (Enable/Disable Tracking, Tracking Mode, Platform icons)
• Implemented Send Reminder Email for users who are logged-in but not working
• Removed the App settings page from the user profile, retaining only Timezone selection and Week off selection

Project & Task Management:

•   Add the todo just in a single click, directly from the todo group listing
•   Now you can find if your project is in profit or loss , implemented project budget
•   You would be able to set individual budget for the milestones
•   Now set budget for your change requests  
•   Set individual bill rates for the different projects and set an average cost per hour for the whole project
•   Introduced the financial settings which gives you power to show the project financials to you PM or not
•   Added new widget of todo wise status count of each todo group , removed the status count details from the todo group screen
•   Added a legend to show the todo status, can be accessed in one click from the action items of todo group
•   Added the count of the todos on the selected filters from the saved list
•   Changed the layout of the saving the filters 
•   Added the created/reported by in the todo filters 

Other Major Updates: 

•   Now you can check the dashboard of any user, team & department just in 2 clicks
•   Changed the Layout of left navigation menus and merged some items into one
•   Now, all settings can be accessed by clicking on 'Settings' 
•   Introduced the stealth / Invisible mode to track users without any intervention [BETA]
•   In the view drawers added option to view the data on a full screen
•   Added the toast notification for all the Add operations
•   Changed the location of the intro video from the top bar to the screenwise help dropdown
•   Filters updated with the selected users data only on all screens
•   Updated the timeline on timesheet and dashboard , added the idle time in the timeline

Project & Task Management Updates:: 

• Added new filters to filter out the data along with multi selection of parameters
• Option to save the filters and create multiple filter views and save data accordingly
• Can check the count and status of all the todos within any todo group
• No more boring pop ups added Toast Notification when changing the status and percentage of the todo
• Data updates in the Deletion of the project
• Never loose insights, Now export the actual desired data by applying filters 
• Would be able to copy the URL of Projects , Todos & Milestones and share it with others 
• While adding any Todo or Project help content is added to make the ease of users 
• Any user would be abl eto assign the todo to any one while Adding / Editing and even from the listing and view todo 
• There are updates in the flow to make the application usage much easier in realtime
  • PM has more powers now, PM can add or remove any user in realtime from projects from overview
  • Any milestone can be added in realtime while creating todo group
  • While creating projects the clients can be added in realtime
• Now see the applied filters data on the same scren rather than any pop up 

Other Major Updates:

• Updated the dashboard as per the roles , see insights and progress of any member, team & department just on one click
• To enhance the user experience, Drawers are given to add any entity in the application just on 2 clicks
• Updated the schedule reports with updated filtered data for all the 10 reports 
• Get all the data just on 2 clicks. Have added multiple filters on all the screens to get the exact data that you are looking for 
• Changed the UI of the filters on almost all the 17 screens of the application. Gives you clear view of your applied filters
• Idle time added in the timeline view which gives you exact time of idle of any user

Project Management Updates:: 

• Can check the ToDo Groups status in milestones
• Can do comments in Projects , Milestones & ToDos
• Can create custom tags and also would be able to tag any other project user in the comment
• Would be able to filter and search the todos
• Changed the search layout and made it more interactive and user friendly 

HRIS (beta): 

• Introduced member grid / card view in members list 
• Changed the UI of time off module and introduced it in member profile 

Other Major Updates:

• Added a global common top bar containing with following features:
  • Quick links to add the components in application such as Projects, Member, ToDo, Schedule etc.
  • Screenwise help link for each screen where you can see the videos and document related to the respective screen
  • Can access your profile and would be able to change organization and log out

  • Download the application as per your operating system
  • Change the theme of application ( Dark /Theme )

Introducing Milestones in Projects:: We are introducing the Milestone in the Project. This will make life easier for all organizations who is looking for PM tool with detailed features. Specific features which can be accessed now:

• Can enable or disable the milestone within a project as per requirement.
• Can create a milestone and put the todo groups in that milestone.
• Can check the progress of todo groups of the milestone.
• Would be able to add comments on different milestones.
• Milestone search and filters.
• Show or hide the milestones to your client as per requirements.
• Added project screen filters
• Project Manager role name is changed to Delivery Head with previous access and permissions

HRIS (beta): We're adding various pages having member details about attendance, timeoff, Schedule, Projects ect.  Specific features which can be accessed now:

• Added member detailed Attendance page in the member details sections.
• Members' productivity , timesheets and other activity can be directly accessed from the Attendance.
• Onboarding status is added which will be showing you the status of any user from invitation till time tracking.
• You can check the current state of the user and can send reminders on each stage.
