Control User's Login Functionality (Organization Settings)

We've added a new setting that allows organizations to manage user login and email permissions with more flexibility:

  • No Login & No Email (Default) — User will only exist as a reference (cannot log in, no emails sent).

  • No Login & Only Email — User will only receive emails (notifications, updates). Login access is disabled.

  • Only Login & No Email — User will have login access, but no emails will be sent.

  • Allow Both Email & Login — User will receive emails and also have login access.

Invitation Flow Update:

  • While inviting a user, only an info (i) icon will be shown.

  • On hover/tooltip → "By default, both Login and Email are disabled. To change this, go to Organization Settings."

  • A quick link to Organization Settings is provided for admins/managers to update the default behavior.

Task Type Enhancements

  • Added more options in the Task Type dropdown inside View Task, giving teams greater flexibility in categorizing tasks.

Timesheet Approvals — Filters & Columns

  • Added Project/Task Columns in the Timesheet > Approvals section.

  • New filters allow better sorting and review of approval data.
